All Items are packed and shipped from Montreal, Quebec.

Local delivery is also available. Pick-up upon request at no cost. 

Whenever possible, the Artful Accumulator uses clean, reclaimed and recycled boxes.

Order Processing Time
Customers will receive a tracking number as soon as it is available. Items will ship within 1-5 business days via national carriers. A second notification will be sent when the order has shipped. 

Authorized Returns:  Item not as described, Items damaged in transit

Contact the shopkeeper within 72 hours by replying to your order confirmation email, using the contact form, or the chat feature (bottom left) to send clear images of the item and it's shipping box. The item must be significantly different than was advertised to you (with limitations for perceived color and size) - or, the item was damaged during transit.

After approval, a prepaid shipping label will be provided by Artful Accumulator. Your return must be be packaged securely in the original packaging and shipping box. You will need to take it to the carrier. 

The Artful Accumulator is not responsible for shipping delays. 

Please do not attempt to force a return by damaging your items. If you are truly unhappy with your items, I would love to hear from you and have the opportunity to make it right.

All they need is a new home, and why shouldn't it be with you?
