It's my goal to meet your expectations, but you've got to tell me about them first!

Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days and arrive 1-14 days later. Once the parcel is with the carrier, there may be delays (such as clearing customs) that are simply unpredictable.

Returns are not accepted for "late" deliveries. So if you have a 'need by' date, you must communicate this date when you place your order. Returns are not accepted for misunderstandings about size, color, or condition.

If there is an issue with your order or you feel like the item wasn't accurately represented, please contact me within 3 business days so that we can reach a resolution.

My product images show the exact item offered and without editing beyond basic color correction. "Very Good" and "Excellent" Used Condition doesn't mean perfect; minor flaws or microscratches may exist beyond what able to be is stated. So please, take a moment to ZOOM IN and LOOK CLOSER, as these images are a vital part of the product's description.

Whenever possible, items are photographed under natural light. It is always my aim to show colors as accurately as possible, but one must be reasonable in their expectations when screens and different lighting temperatures and conditions are involved. Please note that much of the Blue/Green range can difficult to capture and (thereby display) due to limitations of cameras. You see, the cones in our eyes see more than what the camera lens does. The camera doesn't know what it's missing.
